Booking Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-show Policy

Your deposit will be applied toward the service you booked.

Please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can do this by texting or calling 917-207-2595 or via email to our customer service email. That address is customerservice@miragemedics.com.

Cancellations and made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.

No-shows will be automatically result in your deposit being forfeited.

Prepaid have an expiration date of 16 weeks from purchase date.

An invoice will be sent to your email.
